It has audio capability, but navigation does not speak, so it is useless
for a person who can't read the screen.  The partially accessible Kindle
is called the Kindle keyboard.  There was a Tech Talk on Accessible
World a while back where it was demonstrated.  You can consult the Tech

I heard that the Kindle Fire that is like $159.00 from Amazon.com has
