all,
My wife got a Verizon insurance plan. She had a problem with her IPhone 4S.
I called Verizon and she got a new phone within 24 hours. I helped her set
it up with her ICloud account. All seems to be okay now even though the
original problem wasn't solved. This had to do with going to speaker phone
by moving it further back from her ear. We aren't certain why we haven't
been able to fix this. My particular phone is working nicely.
I'm writing this on my Voice Sense and the only way I can get it to connect
is through my personal hot spot I had activated with my share everything
account from Verizon. The VS doesn't work with my cable provider. The
personal hot spot is quite a feature but don't imagine myself using it
often.

That unfortunately couldn't happen. so here I am, without a cell phone.
