Hey don’t forget noaa weather bands too (smiles).
I’m really quite surprised that neither Bose nor C Crane have chosen to incorporate HD frequencies into any of their models.
Were they to do so and also increase their amount of available presets their units could be quite useable for the purpose of receiving HD radio even without speech output though the latter has been neat to experience in the Narrator.

Hey nice idea too.
While we're at it, let's add police and fire and air craft and marine also.
Uh, short wave too.
Oh, almost forgot, analog AM stereo too.
Updates via USb port.

They also gave the impression that the existing inventory wasn't that large -- we shall see.

They just named a new CEO with no electronics retailing experience to turn the company around, but some Wall St. analysts are skeptical that the company can avoid bankruptcy. So like the Insignia voice-command clock radio, remaining inventories of the Narrator radio may soon wind up on Cowboom.com at bargain basement prices.

They say they are trying to line up another and hope to have the radio in stock after the first of the year. It is my impression, from the message I saw, that they have a few in inventory -- but not a lot.
