The whole situation could be made better if people downloaded the
treasury department app and ran it and filed bug reports against the
app. Sometimes the Treasury Department has one or two pennies it can
spend to improve software it puts in the Apple Store and Android Store.
It will help them spend those two pennies wisely but only if people will
help them out.
