[Electronics-talk] is there such a thing

If your computer is not Bluetooth capable, you can get a Bluetooth adapter
that plugs into the headphone jack of any device. This will translate the
Bluetooth signal to a Bluetooth headset or speaker. There are also a
variety of types of speakers that come with a Bluetooth adapter and a
speaker. We have a speaker that we can take outside on the deck and listen
to whatever the included adapter is plugged into inside the house.

HTH,
Annette

If your computer is Bluetooth capable, there are a number of Bluetooth
capable speakers on the market that you can place as far as 40 feet from
your computer or device such as smart phone or tablet.
