[Electronics-talk] Talking Caller ID for land line

Hi All,
I have a friend who bought the talking caller ID from Maxi Aids. She was very disappointed to discover that it had very poor voice  quality as well as it does not speak the numbers out loud when she receives an incoming call with call waiting. Does anyone know where to buy one for a land line phone that will announce all calls, even those coming in through call waiting. It would also be helpful if it would read back the numbers aloud. 
I bought one many years ago and thankfully it still works, but Have not been able to find one recently.
