I don't know of any blind friendly boom boxes, but they have the Ipod boom 
boxes and Ipod docking stations. I have a docking station and I use the 
remote to go between the CD, Ipod and radio, works really well. I have it on 
almost everyday. Also, you can remove the speakers on it and put them where 
you have enough speaker wire to reach.
