[Electronics-talk] Unlocking iphone 5s?

I bought a 5s off eBay. It is brand new but it is locked to At&t. they say
they will not unlock it unless I take a 1 year contract. I already paid $27
on line to get it unlocked  but they did not get it done. So I am looking
for someone who has unlocked a 5s already form a carrier. So they can tell
me step by step how they did it. Ps for those that do not know I am not
talking about unlocking the screen . I have full access to the full phone.
