I have the VIP 1005, and you can set 4 time zones per day, and have
separate settings for weekends and week days.

Hi Matthew.
Our print-only thermostat has a timer, so for example we can set the
heat to come on at 4:30 and go off at 6:30.  When I looked at the
talking thermostat a while back, it looked like it did not have a timer.
Is that true?
