Talk Back is the built in screen reader for Android. When selecting an
Android based phone, make sure that the phone is running the latest
version of Android, that being 4.2, otherwise known as Jellybean. Also
make sure that there is not a proprietary home screen.

Hi Chris.
Is Android accessibility built in, like in the IPhone, or do you have to
buy the screen reader separate? I read something about a free screen
reader for the Android too, but haven't heard how well it works.
Thanks.
Tracy
