I'm not sure if it's all legal or not, but at least from the Blind Mice
you don't get a movie. You're just getting an MP3 that has both the
sound track of the movie as well as the described video. It's not
something I think would keep a lot of sighted people from seeing the
movie, but you're right, the film industry could be losing some sales to
blind people who are downloading these MP3's instead of buying a DVD.
Since it wouldn't appeal to a wider market, I doubt the film industry
would go after anyone, even if it were deemed to be illegal.

BTW, the issue with Nabster is a bit more complicated. they weren't
actually giving away music for free.
