when you say whole cd, do you mean the whole album which would be on a cd?
I thought they did not give you cds, but only mp3 downloaded songs, so maybe
you mean whole album.

hi,
from what i read at least a year ago, it is legit.
you buy a block/chunk/package then you can download single songs or a whole
cd.
it is a bit tricky to find the checkbox/button to download but it can be
done.
songs are 15 cents, cds are about $1.20.
