[Electronics-talk] Accessible Electric Ranges

Have you considered a large capacity toaster-oven broiler?  Many of the 
models made by Black & Decker and a few other brands still have easy to set 
mechanical knobs.  Unless you are cooking a large meal or a 20 pound turkey, 
you can pretty much cook anything in a toaster oven that you would in a 
full-size oven.  And of course, it doubles as a toaster.
