[Electronics-talk] Accessible Electric Ranges

Hi, thanks for the info about the additional PenFriend labels. I already
use them. My issue is that I do not find it practical to carry the
PenFriend around with me all day and night through the house. I need one
for upstairs and one for downstairs.

I've adhered many of the labels to 3 by 5 index cards and attach the cards
in various ways to all types of things. This allows me to reuse the label.
One example of this is labels for the many boxes of teabags in the cabinet.
We rarely by the same type time after time. When the box empties I remove
the index card label and re use it on the new box with the info for that
box. Another example is using a paperclip to put the label on a piece of
mail that I need to address with my husband or do some other type of
follow-up for it. Again when I complete that task I can either record a new
label with what I did, add a second label if I do not want to lose the info
from the original label, or remove the label so that it can be reused. I'm
thinking about putting the PenFriend labels on my washer so that I can be
reminded of what each button does. But then I would need to remember to
carry the PenFriend to the basement as I am not going to consider a 3rd
unit.

Annette

Hi Annette, I'm sure that you can order more labels for the Pen Friend. I
have a friend who has tried one and she gave me a demo of it before she
explored what's called a Voice Memo which is the Pen Friend's brother if you
will. The Voice Memo is very similar to the Pen Friend but you can record
notes with it and it has its own memory. Feel free to call up the
manufacturer and look into the extra labels for the Pen Friend. I don't have
their number. You could use the extra labels for upstairs instead of buying
another Pen Friend. I hope it will help you!
Kendra
