Hi I'm writing to send you all more information from my last 
poast.

With regards to the DVD player, model number, DVR 620, all the 
controls on the player are buttons and not touch controls.

The buttons on the remote are different shapes and sizes.  For 
example, the play button and stop button are bars and the play 
button has a dot on the play button as well.  I hope this helps.
