Hi all, the puff paint is in a bottle and it is normally used to making designs on clothing such as shirts. It's like high mark, but as stated earlier it's not as expensive as high mark. The nice thing about puff paint is that you can get at a local derightment store instead of sending away for the high mark unless if you can find a local vender.
