Suggestion, http://www.nvda-project.org/ they have a screen reader that 
works with Windows 8 and has been working with Windows 8 when Windows 8 
was only a piece of beta software.  If you like nvda, you might make a 
donation to support the project when funds permit.

Microsoft, windows is accessible. why do blind people need screen readers?
