[Electronics-talk] K-NFB Reader Mobile

The KNFB Reader software can still be purchased, and you can still 
find phones new and used, that it will run on.  They say they are 
working on a version for iOS, but that Apple doesn't give app 
developers the control of the camera they need to produce great OCR.
