I have an Olympus recorder and had a bit of trouble getting started.  I 
called Olympus technical support and they were extremely helpful.  Their 
number is 1-888-553-4448.  I think the first time I called them they spent 
over a half an hour with me.

A friend of mine got an Olympus DM420.  She said she doesn’t know how to get 
it to talk the menus and stuff.  It just beeps.  She doesn’t have a 
computer, also.  I said I would ask if anybody has a tutorial that they 
could put on sendspace that I could download for her.  I hope somebody can
