I think you have the stand alone reader.  The one we were talking about is 
the one that is bundled with a phone, I believe.
Regarding your product, I'm not surprised the price is still hefty.  Look 
how long it took someone to come out with an affordable currency identifier. 
When I got the first Brytech Inc.'s model, I paid $375 and when it had to be 
upgraded in 05, I paid $280.  Now you can get one for at least $120.
So perhaps someone will produce a stand-alone reader, like yours, that would 
be more affordable.  That is, if one doesn't want to become an iUser.  For 
that is the cheapest way to go, now.
