[Electronics-talk] outlook express question

Hi,
I don't remember how to start the process of adding an email account in Outlook Express. There is a "mail tab" but I don't remember how to get into it. If I try to just enter on "mail tab" or "add" I am taken out of the accounts and back to my inbox. I know there is a keystroke to get into the "mail tab."
