Oh, I have SAP with Time Warner, all right.  But because they are constantly 
changing the layout and options on their on screen menus, it is impossible 
to access it anyway.  So for all intents and purposes, even though Time 
Warner does provide described programming via the SAP channel, it is not 
accessible.  Hell, even their brain-dead technicians don't know how to turn 
it on and off.  What's a blind consumer to do?
