Danielle, you can use the Jaws pass-through key to execute anything 
requiring a key Jaws also uses, like changing volume.  Hit insert-3, and it 
will ask for the key to pass through.  Hit F12, for example, and it will 
execute that command.  Lots easier than waiting for someone to help you.
