I would also like recommendations about accessible antivirus software. I
don't like avast since it seemed to make booting up a lengthy process.
Norton seems to be smoother but still has some accessibility issues with
some reports and updating.. Opinions on a better product?

Thanks.

Diane

Any of you out there using Avast for your antivirus?
I'm finding it to be kind of hard to use. For example, when it tells you to
select an action, I see no way to select the action.
This is the free version, by the way, I'm running. They want me to buy it,
but I don't want to buy something that's inaccessible.
I got the same prompts when I was using the free version of AVG. And since
I didn't want to buy the program, it wouldn't let me do updates.

Vince,
I used to have all the fancy expensive programs, whish I think had extra
value, but now I save the $50 a year and get the free Microsoft, cause they
don't want peoples computers going down. have had no probs in 1.5 years,
since I used their free version.

Hey Lauren,

Assuming you're running IOS 7, you can do the following...

1) Go to the home screen.

2) Tap the status bar at the top of the screen, doesn't matter which item.

3) Do a 3-finger swipe up, this will bring up the control center.

4) Double tap the lock orientation button, which is at the top right of the
control center.

5) Press the home button to return to the home screen.

Hope this helps,

Jim

XP?
Kindly,
