Did you have the scrolling problem under iOS 7.1.2 or is this yet another
manifestation of the scrolling problem manifest in iOS 8.x.x?

This isn't my experience at all on the iPhone. I have to scroll the
screen around and make sure an object is on the visible screen before I
can select it by double tapping. I have to use quite a few work arounds
to get passed this limitation, and it makes working with the Netflix app
very tedious in my opinion. Sure, I can eventually get it to do most of
what I want it to do, but I would never call it very accessible.

Interestingly enough, you don't have this issue with the Netflix app on
Android, and on that platform, I would call the Netflix app very accessible.
