If they have not changed in a few years, it's too big for a cat to wear.
Also, you don't need as many as they sell. If my memory serves me, you get
six of them. I stopped using them because they kept getting bumped and
messing up the programming as well as not being loud enough.

                Please forgive me if this isn't germane to this list.  I'm
looking for a small locator with a transmitter, so I know where the cat is
before someone goes outside.  His breed is a very docile one, so I worry
about stray cats or someone stealing him.
