Hi Everyone,
You can run a very successful business from home if you have a degree that
will allow you to do so and not just the degree but skills to go along with
it. I am a teacher of the blind/tech specialist and 2 of my adult students
became part of my team and teach with me now.
They had the credentials, they just needed the tech skills to do so and yes
they are blind, but they needed to put in the hard work to learn the
skills--they found me first to teach them and unknown to them I was seeing
if they could become part of my team---them seeking out the instruction
first told me they really did want to improve their skills. They work they
put into learning showed me they did have the skills.
I teach virtually 6 days a week because there is such great need--they
teach 4-5 days a week depending on schedule. We teach anything students
need virtually using skype, google hangout, jaws tandem, but your skills do
have to be very good to excellent.
School districts are desperate to find qualified teachers to teach their
blind, their speech impaired...any special exceptional skill that their own
personal cannot fulfill....as they have discovered that just because you
have a degree does not mean you can teach a skill. Schools are searching
for people big time to improve this. Virtual instruction is leading the way
in this country
So if you have the credentials, and want to gain those excellent tech
skills, yes, you can do all this from home. You may have to create your own
small business to do so then put yourself out there, but you will direct
your life and schedule. It is very worth the hard work put into this type
of dream. Don't depend on others to create your dream...as you know, you
will end up on a very short stick you do not want to be on.
Start dreaming
