No, no direct way exists. You can try:
CTRL+"G" to go to a certain cell like "G7." Then, arrow-down to "L7", to read the data you want.
Another option is to decide the cells you want data from and copy the values into another sheet in the document, or copy them in a completely new spread-sheet.  Good luck.
