A Braille Pen is a small portable Braille display. I think it has 12 cells
or so. I don't have one so can't give too much more info.

OK,

I'll probably be told to google it, but here goes.

I'm not sure what a braille pen is.

Is it something that can be used as a note taker? What does it do?

I suppose it's small as it wouldn't be called a braille pen if it weren't.
Maybe I suppose wrong though.

Any info would be helpful.

If someone just wants to email me off list please feel free.

also, could someone give me a general ball-park figure as to how much those
are?

I'm going in for some x-rays tomorrow, so can't exactly do a lot of internet
stuff for a while.
