Dear Tracy,

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. I tried all of that, turning braille on 
and off, but still my braille display is dead. Don't know if there's any 
hard reset like other machines.

Hi Monthian.
Sometimes on my Braillenote, I accidentally turn off the braille display.
Try going into the braille and speech menu, and check if braille is on.
I don't have a Braille Sense, so can't tell you what menu that would be.
