[Electronics-talk] Finger Flicking: A Quick Question

Hello

The rotor is an invisible or virtual dial in the middle of the screen. Using two fingers spread slightly apart turn in a circle and you will hear your options changing. When you hear speech rate flick up or down to adjust the speed. When finished turn the virtual dial to move to another item so that you will not accidentally change the speech rate.

Hadley School for the Blind has seminars called iFOCUS on their website www.hadley.edu as well as YouTube videos. Search for Hadley School on YouTube and all the videos should come up in a list. Just skip the videos that talk about dialing since that video would be aimed at iPhone users.

We all had to play around with the device and learn to use it. So any question you have, just know we are here and happy to help.
Linda
