Yes that's correct. You have to pay for it, not the app itself but it goes by the number of pictures that you can take. You pay a price for a number of pictures and I think that you can pay for an unlimited amount of pictures per month. You pay in the app. I don't know about the other apps. I'll have to give them a try. As for Tap Tap See, it's a good app aside for the prices for those who are low income. I have found it to be a good money reader, believe it or not.
