[Electronics-talk] IOS 8 and V.O working with delay

Well, obviously, anyone can update whenever they want. One good reason
some people may have is to take advantage of the new features in the
latest release of the operating system. Family sharing, braille input
and others are pretty significant new features available on all devices
supporting IOS and may in and of themselves entice someone to upgrade
pretty quickly.
