Quite a few are the same as the Jaws screen reader FYI.

In the NVDA help system. Get into your NVDA menus by hitting NVDA-n. My NVDA key is the caps-lock key, but I bet insert would work as well.
Arrow down to help, and you'll find all of the keyboard shortcuts.
