I don't think you can on the VR Stream.
However, BlindMice MegaMall has a lot of described movies and TV shows as 
MP3, and you can listen to them on the Stream.  You have to create a 
BlindMice account to have access to them, but they are free.
Blindy.tv also has some described TV shows, which play well on my IPod.
