The only braille card I ever saw was when they had braille phone cards.

HAHAHAHA, good luck, not going to happen in our divided modern-day USA. Our
politicians, in general, would rather continue to see us to be segregated
and marginalized from the rest of society. It's all about control, they
would rather see us die off, than have opportunities to make it, because
people with disabilities statisticly make-up the largest segment of the
poorest population in America. Good luck with your future endeavors, trying
to change a bank, one of the fundamental groups controling everything in our
country, with it's political fat-cats.
