Okay.  The trick is this.  You have to start playing the slection first.  I can tell you that, right now, Marvl's Daredevil is the only one with description.  Here's how to do it.

1.  Start playing the selection.

2.  Pause playing.

3.  Just to the right of the "done" button, there is an audio language menu.  Double tap this.

4.  Now, you will be presented with the choices of available languages, one of which will be with Audio description and it will plainly say so.  Double tap here.

Now, begin playing again.
