Some observations I wish to make. It does appear you are being given incorrect information. Let me help here.
1. Monday, you need to call:
855-270-0379. This is the accessibility department of Comcast. Take it from me, better to call that number than rely on regular customer service. They don't know squat.
Now, if you have a subscription to newsline, or NLS talking books, you can have that fee waved. I anticipated that there would be much incorect information about this but, I must say, this is getting to be something.
