One of my Christmas presents is a nice little radio from CCrane.  They call
it the pocket radio.  It has an external speaker, which I really like.  It
gets AM, FM, and weather radio, with 5 presets in each, or I can scan
through stations.  It's roughly 3.5 X 3 X 1 inches, and takes 2 AA
batteries.  I recommend it to anyone looking for a small radio with an
actual speaker.
