[Electronics-talk] Lightweight Canes

I had a carbon fiber splinter in my hand for a long time. I kept telling
people I had a splinter, because it would prick me, then it would hide deep
in my skin. It took my father and brother to get it out finally. Pam.

I got a couple rigid carbon fiber canes from n.f.b. and these are half
the weight of an aluminum cane and are tough.

I decided to not get fiberglass canes since the last time one of those
broke I made the mistake of picking up the pieces and ended up having to
remove fiberglass from under the skin of my hand afterwards. It's a
good idea never to touch broken fiberglass at all.
