I am kind of thinking so. They have a page on their website that even says 
they are supposed to be passing it whenever the channel in question carries 
it, but whether it is true in any given area is a mystery. It might be 
possible that the SAP feature on my TV isn't broken, but they aren't passing 
it like they say they are.
