Reminds me of Cablevision.  They will probably laugh in their faces, pay the 
fine, and charge the customers.  They don't even want to know what audio

Hi all Cox won't even get the accessible boxes and after 2016, they
will be recirded and as I understand, it's going to be a federal
mandate by the FCC.

I wondre how it will be inforced?
