I believe you're talking about the Klasco talking caller id, which is no
longer made. You can sometimes find a used one for sale. They do make others
but I am not sure how well they work.

We used to have a talking caller id that spoke the numbers and which allowed
you to scroll through numbers. It bit the big one and I am unable to find a
replacement. Do they still exist? If so where?
