They discontinued cdrws years ago, so for a while, you could just get what
was left. Pam.

Subject: [Electronics-talk] CDR/Ws

Hi:

Chaim Segal here. My wife and I are proud owners of one of those unique
stereo-systems sold by Speak To Me, on which you can record a CD from phono
or cassette. Despite following the recorded instructions which came with
it, we are finding we are having problems with track separation—particularly
from cassette. Despite pressing the track increment button rapidly four
times as instructed, we are finding that it is still wanting to decide when
to break a track. We were not having this problem when my brother and his
wife first purchased it hfor my birthday around two and a half months back.

SO that I do not waste any more precious CD-Rs, I am in the market for some
CDR/WS. Only trouble is, it seems that for some reason they are no longer
being sold. We have checked at Radio Shack, Wal Mart, Best Buy, and another
computer store with no luck. Does anybody on here know where they can still
be purchased from outside of E-bay? If I have to go there to purchase some I
will, but would rather buy them fresh and local.

Thanks!

Chaim
