I hear people recommending doing things through ITunes as if it's easy.  I
must be missing something, because I find ITunes on my Windows PC to be
extremely confusing and un-useful.  

Can anyone recommend a tutorial or something?  I have tried the Jaws
tutorials, but they're way out-of-date and weren't much help. And I'd prefer
something I can read, rather than have to listen to.
