This seems to be both common and unnecessary. Good customer service
doesn't cost a dime. I can't wait for the day when we can book our
paratransit rides online and use a smart phone app to track the vehicle.
If Uber can do it, certainly paratransit can.

Hi,
Ours not only has time management issues but they have attitude issues
over the phone. I can't believe how rude they are to us.
Thanks

Para transit is definitely frustrating much of the time!!! I use it
almost
excusively as I can take the city bus in my area due to my hearing and
not
being able to safely cross major intersections independly. Sometimes it
makes me wonder if the para transit companies, at least the I use, have
any
common sense in terms of time management!!!

My preferences parallel those of Vince, but here in L. A. sometimes you
have
to travel long distances, and the bus is jut impractical, and taxis and
Uber
will break the bank, but I hate, hate, hate, having to use paratransit,
or
as a friend of mine says, parastranded.

I don't use Dial-a-Ride. I use the city bus. Although it can be a
pain, it
is better than Dial-a-Ride.
