[Electronics-talk] Traffic signal app

That's the problem I have at one particular crossing. You have a traffic 
pattern of basically lots of perpendicular, and then absolutely nothing, 
with the chance that traffic may turn from the parallel side on to the 
perpendicular street, so waiting until it is absolutely quiet to go, my 
mobility person said, was a bad way to do it.
