                  Hello,

When downloading albums or multiple items from the Amazon Digital Music Store or your music library, you'll be prompted to get our free Amazon Music application for PC and Mac computers. With Amazon Music for PC and Mac, you can play and download your entire music library directly on your computer. You can also listen to music already stored on your computer, export downloads to iTunes and Windows Media Player, shop the Amazon Digital Music Store, and access Prime Music (if you're an eligible Prime member).

For more information about Amazon Music for PC and Mac, including installation instructions, go to:

                  http://www.amazon.com/getamazonmusic

Once you've installed the Amazon Music app, click the "Cloud" icon in the upper left corner of the application window under "Your Library." From there, you can drag and drop songs and albums to the "Download to Your Computer" section in the right sidebar, or right-click them and select "Download."

You'll see a "Download Complete" notification window when your music is ready in your "Computer" library, or added to your default export location (like Windows Media Player or iTunes). Click "Go to Downloads" from the notification window to navigate directly to your "All Downloads" playlist, which automatically displays all of the music you've downloaded through the app.

To view where your downloaded music files are stored on your computer, right-click a song or album from your "Computer" library, and select "Show File on Computer." Downloads are typically saved to your computer's "Music" folder.

You can also download songs to your computer one-by-one, as individual MP3 files, from your music library on the Amazon website:

                  1. Go to: https://www.amazon.com/musiclibrary
                  2. Check the box next to a single song
                  3. Click "Download"
                  4. If you see a prompt to get Amazon Music for PC and Mac, select "Just download my MP3." The download will then complete through your web browser.
                  5. Click "Save" if your browser asks whether you'd like to save or open the file.

Once the download is complete, it's available in your web browser's default "Downloads" location. From there you can open it using a compatible media player on your computer.

We look forward to seeing you again soon.

                  Best regards,
                  Gail R.
