top-loading washer that is quite accessible once one writes down the menu
sequences. All buttons are raised.

The last time I checked, early 2013, Whirlpool no longer provided tactile
overlays for their appliances.
The only company I know of that still provided overlays was GE.  I'll have
to check into it and let you know.
