Hi Jim and all,

I do appreciate your answer!

It wasn't long ago I could do exactly what I described! Ever since the accessible site was redesigned, I haven't been able to place an order! I don't understand what I trigger, I throw up my hands! I certainly suggested there should be a quick shop option for everybody! I certainly complained about the clutter! I have both a windows 7 and windows 8.1 pc with System Access and Window Eyes and buying from Amazon takes forever! I haven't tried Iphone app lately so I'll check that out!

At that point, you're not talking about accessibility, you're talking about a user experience that Amazon's business model doesn't let them offer anybody.

There needs to be a quick shop option where one logs in, does a search for something, get details or read reviews if needed, select buying option and place order and get the heck out of there (log off). Anything else is unnecessary clutter for me! I'm always getting tangled up with Amazon Mom! This will never apply to me yet this happens on the so called accessible site! I can fiddle around for one or two hours and quit because I'm too tired to purchase anything! I may try Ebay!

I already downloaded my music I got from them and they are now in my ITunes Match, just right where they belong. I don't like Amazon.com any more because they turned their backs and betraied us blind screen reader users. Yuck!!! We either need to boycot them as I have done or raise our canes and never let Amazon.com hear the end of our complaint Saints.

To me, this is unacceptable. What do you all think? I would encourage everyone to bother amazon about this. We should be able to download the music we have purchased. Thoughts?

I have purchased many albums from amazon, and not being able to download them with a screen reader is aggravating. The amazon music app is not accessible with voiceover on my mac, and the old amazon mp3 downloader is broken. Is there anything els I can try? Thanks.

The problem is that I am using a mac, I am visually Impaired and rely on the voiceover screen reader to use my computer. Both the amazon music app and the uploader are not useable with voiceover. I wish to continue using amazon's music service, however, I am unable to do so do to the software being inaccessible with apple's voiceover screen reader. In the past, I was able to use the older amazon mp3 downloader, but now the program won't work and I am left out of the 500 or so songs I have purchased. Thank You
